This is supposed to be released next week and looks really good. Some of our investors have been raving about it online.
Part of what makes the book good, in my opinion, is that it has useful advice across stages. Some of it applies to very early stage companies.
The other thing is that having a good sense of what to expect at 25 or 50 people will have some influence on what you do when you're three people.
