Extremely powerful and potentially life changing. It was both cathartic and therapeutic for me, and has affected how I live my life.

An absolute classic. A moving but most of all inspiring book about the experience of a man in the Nazi camps. Stoic optimism. It opened my eyes to the relationship between suffering and self-actualization.
Also very enjoyable, a good reminder to appreciate the people and things around you.
it is his experience of how he managed to survive the concentration camps.
I'm not sure how much I got out of it, but worth it just for learning about Frankl's unique experiences and perspectives.
