"Managing Humans" by Michael Lopp very insightful and easy to read.
It's really more a collection of anecdotes than a seminal work on the topic, but I think there's a bunch of good components in understanding team dynamics around technical / software engineering teams.
I admit I haven't read many books on the subject but Managing Humans is the only one that was interesting/entertaining enough for me to recommend to anyone.
Managing Humans was hilarious and definitely insightful. I saw myself in some of the stories he mentions lol.
