Naive Set Theory by Halmos. Somewhat spare, but a nice, concise introduction to axiomatic set theory. Brings you from nothing up to the Continuum Hypothesis. I read this somewhere around my first year in university and it was another brain-rearranger.
In the case of set theory I cannot recommend enough Halmos' "Naive set theory". It's completely rigorous yet easy to read, and lays out all the basics of ZF, constructing both ordinals and cardinals.
Set Theory is the building blocks of mathematics, and Halmos is a first-rate mathematician and teacher. Excellent recommendation Paul. I worked through Halmos 8 months into my mathematics self-study and loved it.
