Never split the difference (Chris Voss): incredible book about dealing with people, after reading you end up seeing most interactions with other humans as negotiations with “black swans” hidden in your conversations.
Negotiate As If Your Life Depended on It - Chris Voss Any of these books are great starts. If the leadership big bites you there's way more I can suggest. Most of these are a mix of classics and new stuff. I've read them all and they want have their own style and provide their own insight.
Having read that book instead would probably have saved me more than a few poor outcomes in negotiations.
