It’s a book which altered my way of thinking about the world in a profound way.
I found this really motivating to ensure our business sticks to and has a set of principles that evolve based on mistakes made (sounds obvious).
It's good for helping me reflect on how I learn through my experience and how I best form habits.
Principles is a thought provoking book in that it gets one to think of running a business like running a machine.
I do honestly think if all workplaces operated in the way the book describes there would be more successful companies in the world and happier people working in them.
