The book is clear, concise, full of examples and it is simply a treat to read.
This is a gem of a programming book. Some of my favorite chapters: coroutines, metamethods, weak tables, threads and states. Similar in tone and clarity to K&R "The C Programming Language".
I learn something new every time I flip through this book.
