if the human civilization has any chance to exist and thrive beyond the 4th millenium, it's hard to imagine the implementation of that society being very far in principles from this initial specification.
It is an incredible argument that will just utterly transform how you understand a walk down the street.
His ideas are fabulous, but that aside reading it is a joy. He truly has a love for his fellow man that transcends all the usual pity-via-charity and sees real value in all.
Why is there so much poverty amongst all our progress? Georgism and land value tax. Essential reading IMHO and an enjoyable read also.
Especially if you live in SV, as it's the perfect demonstration of rich landlords and deep poverty, as "society" gets richer.
