REAMDE - Niel Stephenson (Very fun! Lots of crazy action while still being almost believable)
Reamde would have been my first recomendation to introduce someone to Stevenson. Constant action, an unusually direct storyline for him, and not too too much time spent off in the weeds.
After that, I mostly moved on to Anathem, Reamde and Seveneves all of which are big and interesting and great reads (it took me longer than usual to get up to speed on Anathem, but it was very much worth it in the end).
I have only a few pages left of Neal Stephenson's "REAMDE", which turns out to be better than I had dared hope.
Reamde - Neal Stephenson - Really enjoyed this one, though I’m a sucker for Neal Stephenson books.
REAMDE is very good and is also partially set in VR.
