E-Myth Revisited By Michael Gerber - Piqued my interest in systems and where I started to learn the value of systems and making success repeatable.
E-Myth Revisited - This was my MBA in one book.
It came at the right time for me and really changed the way I think about creating businesses as assets.
What it taught me is that effective organizations invest heavily in training newcomers how to do their jobs / processes.
The E-Myth Revisited kinda starts where the above one ends in that it points out the tragic flaw in many entrepreneurs: they want to practice their "craft" to the detriment of the actual business.
Everything needs to be a system. Think of your business as a franchise prototype. You should be able to hand the "how-to" manual to just anyone, to do it as good as you.
