Advice on mastering the mental part of doing anything, not just tennis
The book is only tangentially related to tennis - the real meat of the book is about how to adopt useful mentalities which will help you succeed at a variety of things.
It is the kind of book that I would never pick up on my own based on the title. Luckily, the book contents has almost nothing to do with the title :)
